RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund you the full cost of the item(s) plus standard shipping costs.

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your jewellery or artwork, advising that you wish to make a return.

• You are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring that items are packaged in such a way, that they are not damaged in transit.

• You should retain proof of shipping.

• Any return customs charges incurred by Jacinta Rose Jewellery on international returns will be deducted from the refunded amount. Proof of these charges will be emailed to you by Jacina Rose Jewellery.

• Refunds will be processed the same day, undamaged goods are received.

• Exchanges will be processed the next business day and are subject to our standard delivery costs and times.

• Please note, that custom order items may not be returned. If faulty, please contact us to enquire about returning for repair.
